Direct Steel and Construction is managing a fast-moving re-build in Gurnee, IL. Last year, a massive fire destroyed a trucking terminal owned by Kenan Advantage Group.
Once the insurance and design processes were confirmed, Direct’s team was on-site to manage demolition and re-construction. Erection of the structural frame began mid-June and the building is now nearly finished.
