COMPANY NEWS

Mothers’ Milk Bank of the Western Great Lakes collects, pasteurizes, and dispenses donor human milk to premature and critically ill babies. They also distribute donor milk to outpatients and support donor families, including those who are donating after loss. Direct Steel and Construction is honored to oversee the renovation of a building which will house their newest operation. Near completion, the facility will encompass offices; labs; freezing, thawing, and pasteurizing zones; storage and warehouse areas; and donor spaces. The largest room is reserved for a bereavement memorial called Poppy’s Dream to honor the babies lost by the donor families.
